Information we hold
We hold contact details you sent through the Company’s Facebook or Instagram lead forms or that staff entered, along with notes and activities added by staff.
How information is used and stored
The Company uses this information to answer property enquiries. It is stored with the app’s host and database. Stored secrets are encrypted. Company staff can see information according to their roles.
Facebook and Instagram
Meta lead data is fetched only from the Company’s own Pages. For ad measurement, a lead’s stage may be sent back to Meta with only the Meta lead ID and stage name, without your name, phone, email or notes.
Retention and requests
The Company keeps information until it deletes it. Contact the Company to request access to or deletion of your information.
